Skincare products need to be applied in the correct order for maximum effectiveness.

Morning vs Night Skincare Routine - Why Both Matter

Your skin has different needs at different times of the day—so your routine should too.

Morning Routine:

  1. Cleanse to refresh and prep your skin.

  2. Serums – apply your chosen Face Serum and Eye Serum/Eye Cream.

  3. Moisturise – choose Light, Medium, or Rich depending on your skin’s needs.

  4. Protect – lock it all in with a broad-spectrum UVA/UVB SPF50+ sunscreen. Go for an invisible-finish formula if you're going to follow with foundation makeup. Daily sunscreen is non-negotiable—skin-ageing UVA rays are just as prevalent on cloudy days. age skin even on cloudy days. We recommend Dr Mayson’s 7/AM Hydrating Facial SPF50+ Sunscreen, a lightweight formula that hydrates while creating the perfect base for foundation.

Evening Routine:

  1. Pre-Cleanse with Micellar Water to wipe away the day.

  2. Cleanse to remove remaining traces of makeup, excess oil, grime and impurities.

  3. At bedtime, apply Dr Mayson's Skin Rejuvenation Program or Anti-Acne  Program to transform your skin as you sleep.

IMPORTANT:

If you are using either Dr Mayson Program at bedtime:

  • Do not apply any other products over Dr Mayson's Formula as they will neutralise its actions.

  • In the evenings, avoid applying or Moisturiser or Serums before Dr Mayson's Formula as these can interfere with its absorption. Instead, apply them in the mornings after cleansing.
