SHIPPING POLICY FOR AUSTRALIA

  • Free Shipping
    Orders over AUD $150 within Australia qualify for free shipping by Standard Australia Parcel Post.
  • Shipping Fees
    Orders under AUD $150 will incur an AUD$10 shipping fee.
  • Dispatch Time
     We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day, and no later than 3 business days from when the order is received.
  • Shipping Method
     We ship all products by Australia Post Standard Parcel Delivery. You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email. If you prefer a faster delivery, choose Australia Post’s Express Delivery at checkout. 
  • Delivery Information
     Typically, Australia Post Standard Parcel deliveries are received within 2-7 days but may take a little longer if you're in a remote area.
    For faster delivery, you can opt for Australia Post’s Express Delivery at checkout which typically reduces the delivery time to 1-4 days depending on your location.
    If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days, please track your parcel by entering your Tracking Number in the Aus Post App. If you still haven't received your products within 10 days, please contact us at admin@drmaysonskincare.com 

SHIPPING POLICY FOR NEW ZEALAND

  • Free Shipping: Orders over AUD$150 within New Zealand qualify for free shipping.
  • Shipping Fees: Orders under AUD$150 will incur an AUD$19 shipping fee. 
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day, and no later than 3 business days from when the order is received.
  • Shipping Method: We ship all products by Australia Post Standard Parcel Delivery. You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email.
  • If you prefer a faster delivery, choose Australia Post’s Express Delivery at checkout.
