Returns and Replacements Policy

We have a 21-day Returns & Replacements Policy which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a replacement of a purchased product if:

  • the product ordered has not been received, or
  • the wrong product has been delivered, or
  • the goods have been damaged in transit. 

In summary,

  • You have 21 days after receiving your purchase to request a replacement for missing, wrong, or damaged items. 
  • Specific product issues such as wrong or damaged items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving the wrong products or damaged goods.
  • Our Returns & Replacement Policy applies only to those products purchased directly from our website. For purchases made through a clinic or retail outlet, please contact those parties directly for assistance.
  • In the event that we agree to refund a product, the refund amount will be the purchase price paid for the item(s) less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.
  • In the event that you return part of a kit or collection, we will only replace the product you are returning.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We will not provide a refund if you change your mind after purchasing a product.
  • If you believe you have had a reaction to one of our products, we will not consider a return/refund until you have first had an assessment by our Customer Service Team available by contacting us at admin@drmaysonskincare.com
  • If a full refund is then offered, it is on the condition that the product(s) will first need to be returned at the purchaser’s cost. 

We reserve the right to change this Returns, Refunds, and Replacements Policy at any time. 

Damaged Goods or Wrong Products Delivered

Products ordered and received by you will be replaced if:

  • they are damaged in transit and arrive in a damaged state; or
  • are not what you have ordered.

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received and email us within 72 hours of receiving the products at admin@drmaysonskincare.com  with your concerns. 

How to have the damaged or wrong goods replaced:

  1. Email us at admin@drmaysonskincare.com within 72 hours of receiving the damaged goods or wrong products. Quote the order/receipt number of your purchase and the reason for your replacement request. Include photos of the damaged goods or wrong products to hasten the processing at our end. 
  2. Once your request is validated, we’ll send you a Reply-Paid Australia Post shipping label for the goods to be mailed to our warehouse, Fulfilment Australia, 85 Grose Street, North Parramatta NSW 2151, Australia. 
  3. You must mail your goods at any post office within 7 days of receiving our Australia Post Reply-Paid Shipping Label. 
  4. All returns must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, in their original packaging, and securely wrapped. 
  5.  Once we have received, inspected, and validated your claim, we will post a full replacement of product(s) to you. Delivery charges will be at our cost.
  6.  Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted. 
  7.  Please also note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Your Responsibility With Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. As items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us, please make sure they’re packed securely.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives at our facility, please ensure that you get proof of postage (i.e. a tracking number) in case you need to contact us about your return.
